Paola Bertoncini is an Italian Fashion Designer, a creative soul with 20 years of Design and Product Management experience. Paola grew up in the charming city of Milan, the beating heart of Fashion and Design. After completing a degree in Fashion from N.A.B.A in Milan in ‘96, she started her career designing collections for various Italian brands specializing in Sportswear including FILA, Champion EU, and Briko.
Playing sports her whole life, Paola started to realize that sport is more than just an activity. It’s a lifestyle. It may start by just burning calories but soon it becomes more than that. You start to eat healthier, you sleep earlier, you drink less. Your lifestyle begins to change and with it, your confidence grows. When you look good, you feel good. And when you feel good, you’re happy.
With this in mind, Paola created the Guely Ray collections in 2016. Each collection is inspired by a different figure from Greek Mythology. All represent a different take on feminine strength and beauty - Athena, Calypso, Diana, and Electra. Each collection bursts with vibrant colors and patterns, full of life and energy. Paola wishes to bring each woman happiness and joy whatever her pursuits are.
